INGREDIENTS

  • □ 2 pitted dates
  • □ 2 tbsp maca root powder
  • □ 2 tsp hemp seeds
  • □ 2 tbsp nut butter of choice
  • □ 1/4 cup spinach
  • □ 1/4 cup blueberries
  • □ 2 bananas
  • □ 2 cups spring water or preferred plant milk
  • □ 2 tsp agave (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender: dates, maca root powder, hemp seeds, nut butter, spinach, blueberries, bananas, and liquid (spring water or plant milk).
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness with agave if desired.
  4. Pour into tall glasses, garnish with a banana slice on the rim, and insert a metal straw.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
